Orders and Shipping

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days
  • ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
  • Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor etc. However, Happier takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
  • Happier is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

  • For India Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders of ₹ 500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of ₹ 50 if your total order value is less ₹ 500
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@behappier.com (Monday to Saturday, (9:30AM to 6PM)In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Happier is the confluence of happy minds from two generations, two ideologies but with a common belief that “Happy is Everyday”. Two decades of healthcare experience inspired by our first founder to bring the best of wellness, passion for skincare led our second founder, an investment banker in New York, to move back and create joyful skin routines for you. Do you use Preservatives?

Yes, We do because it helps to preserve the product for longer use. However the Preservatives we use will not harm and skincare.

Can I use Happier with any other Skincare product?

Yes, You can.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes, products are really gentle and safe to use. If any adverse reaction or redness occurs please stop use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

Are your products available on Offline stores?

Currently, our products are only available online platforms like our website, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, TataCliq, Purplle, etc.

Are the products Eco- friendly, Non- Toxic and Dye and Fragrance free and Non Allergic?

Our products are non-toxic, dye-free and safe to use for all skin types.

What is your product range?

We have products in 3 categories - skincare, health and mindfulness. In skincare, we cover face care, body care and hair care.

Have you tested products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals. Our products are cruelty-free.

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?

Yes, our skincare products are safe to use for pregnant women. For health products, we recommend that you check with your physician before use.

I think I had an adverse reaction to one of your products. What should I do?

Consult a dermatologist right away.

Where do you ship to?

We ship PAN India.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

It generally takes 2-3 business days, however due to restrictions in certain areas, the time can go upto 6-7 business days.

Will I be able to track my order?

As soon as you place the order successfully. A confirmation mail will be sent to you and at the time of your product dispatch, a tracking link will be shared to you.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my home address?

Yes, as long as you provide us with a complete postal address, we can ship across the product to you.

How can I change my delivery address?

Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to change the shipping address. You can cancel the order and place another to change the address.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If you face any technical issue while making payment and your payment is deducted , the money will be refunded to you as per the Bank Policy and you can order COD.
